About:	Facility Management Engineer in various building projects. Obsessed to reduce energy consumption as part of the good practices of applied facility management. In the past having worked as consultant of M&E services, carried out urban planning licencining, commissioning of services, resilience studies, witnessing by means of non-distructive methods (thermocameras) and had been Schneider Electric BMS Partner. Started his carrer with Over Arup & Partners in London where joined as Electrical Engineer Consultant and participated both in large scale projects (Kings Cross, SER Tubelines, T5 Heathrow airport) and mission critical facility projects (IXEurope Datacentre, JPMorgan Chase Datacentre). Specialties: facilities management, BMS, Datacentres, automations industry from design and product specification up to electrical works and final stage commissioning.
