How can size the storm drain (rain water) piping system?

At the time of drafting genrally client says take 80 mm or sometimes 110 mm pvc pipe for rain water.

Is this depend upon rain reagion or any ither??????

For sizing the storm drain system, there are a pipe sizing charts based on the rain water rate and roof slope. Usually the rain water rate in each city or state will be determined by the local climate jurisdiction. Uniform plumbing code has provided pipe sizing chart for a few common conditions.
